1. 150 gm Chicken Breast
2. 2 Tb spoon Curd
3. 1 tb spoon Mayonnaise
4. Basil, Rosemary and Parsley / Mixed herbs
5. 1 tsp soya Sauce
6. Salt
7. Lemon Juice
8. Olive oil/Oil
9. Lettuce/Cabbage
10. Onions sliced
11. Carrot Julienne
12. Cherry Tomatoes
13. ½ tsp Chilli flakes
14. ½ tsp pepper powder


Butterfly Cut the Chicken Breast and marinate with chopped herbs/Mixed herbs, lemon juice, chilli flakes and salt.
Grill with olive oil on a pan till both sides are cooked. Cut or shred the chicken and keep aside.
Now in a mixing Bowl add in curd, mayonnaise, Salt, Soya sauce, Pepper, lemon juice and whisk till smooth. Now add in carrots, Lettuce, onions, olive oil and cherry tomatoes and mix and serve.
