  1. I made these and they tasted good! I was mainly getting banana and choclate chip notes from it, which was nice because it masked the taste of the chickpeas. I baked mine for 28 minutes, although I think a full 30 minutes would have been fine. You need to let them cool completely before cutting them. They will just fall apart otherwise. They kinda taste like chickpeas when they come straight out of the oven, so once again, you need to let them cool completely in order for them to taste the best. Also, I used a very ripe banana, and I think that it helped with the taste and sweetness.
