Homemade gluten free goldfish crackers recipe – dairy free, egg free, sugar free, nut free and vegan. These homemade gluten free goldfish crackers are a great healthy snack alternative for kids with food sensitivities or allergies (on the go or as a school snack).
Why Make Your Own Goldfish Crackers ?
So besides being sensitive to certain ingredients like gluten or dairy (or maybe some ethical reasons) why you should not be feeding your kids with Goldfish crackers?
The thing is they are not healthy. Those goldfish crackers contain cheap hydrogenated oils (most probably GMO, unless otherwise specified), synthetically fortified flour – conventional wheat (heavily sprayed with pesticides like glyphosate), conventional dairy (highly inflammatory), autolyzed yeast – a known additive (excitotoxin) which makes you overeat, and a mix of other unknown spices.
So it’s probably best to make your own Goldfish crackers (vegan / gluten free or not) and add some ingredients that will truly benefit your child’s health!

I was very surprised to see that you made vegan goldfish crackers with out even using nutritional yeast
Will it taste like the crackers??
Edit: I have crohns disease and can't have dairy or wheat. Are these still safe?
So is this vegan?
