  1. Man, this is why I just can't do elaborate sauces on my food. The butter and heavy cream alone easily doubles the amount of calories you'd be eating with just the salmon. You could flavor your salmon with 1 tbsp of butter, add your seasonings and have a ~ 350 cal healthy meal. But as soon as you go nuts on butter and heavy cream, you're now looking at a tasty 700-800 cal meal. For many people, that's nearly or equal to half the amount of calories you'd want to eat in a day; all of that for some sauce.

  2. hey kirby going to do the salmon dish toonight with your sauce i'm going to use lomein noodles and some stir fry vegies i had that idea i hope it comes out goood especially with that sauce i love it. Can you do a recipe like that or create one using your sauce or some other kind of meat

Hey Kirby I tried this on steamed clams and shrimp yesterday with linguine it was delicious going to use it again today with the salmon only thing with the salmon i grill mine on the ninja foodi grill and then i add it to the sauce and i also add chopped chives or minced scallions it is so delicious thanks so much for sharing that recipe
