Garlic mix: 1 green chilli, handful or 20-23 cloves of garlic, 2-3 A2 desi ghee
Green chutney: a bunch of fresh coriander leaves, pink himalayan salt as needed, 2 cloves garlic, 3/4 tsp roasted jeera powder (cumin powder), 1/3 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder), 1 lemon, 1/3 tsp waigon turmeric, a fat pinch of black pepper powder.
First Sandwich: 1 boiled potato, 1/2 onion, 1 green chilli, 1/2 sandwich, coriander leaves.
Second Sandwich: 1 cup boiled channa (chickpeas), 1 carrot, 1/2 onion, 1/2 tomato, 1 green chilli, coriander leaves, 2 tsp green chutney, 1 tsp garlic mix (optional).
Third Sandwich : vegan curd as needed, carrot, 1/2 onion, 1 green chilli, 1/2 tomato, pink himalayan salt as needed, 1/3 tsp roasted jeera powder.

  1. I have seen and love ur lunch box recipes of veg sandwiches already in ur channel. This is another sandwich recipes but with home made whole bread. This is one more feather to cap to ur recipes.
