This new style of workout is all about visualization, relating exercises to actions! This therefore helps you to excel at each exercise and accomplish something throughout your workout (AKA. making the recipe)! It takes a little bit of imagination, but I walk you through each of the exercises, showing you how to execute them properly, then relating a certain action to each.
It is fun, unique and a very thorough workout! This recipe workout is ab heavy, incorporating many challenging ab exercises, that will help to tone and strengthen those muscles.
