FLUFFY KETO ALMOND FLOUR PANCAKES I Cooking with My Daughter I Easy and Simple Recipe

The best fluffy almond flour keto pancakes!

This is a full batch recipe and makes 8-10 pancakes. Of course, you can make silver dollar pancakes and will get a lot more.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 oz cream cheese
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla flavoring or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup almond flour
1 tbsp sweetener

Top with:

Butter

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender, and blend for 30 seconds or until incorporated
2. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes!
3. Heat up saucepan or griddle
4. Pour batter and cook pancakes on one side until bubbles start to form
5. Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes
6. Serve with your favorite maple syrup and butter!

  1. I made these this morning for my 5 yr old grandson and I and they were delicious! I doubled the recipe so they were bigger and he ate 3! I love that mostly all of your recipes require only a few ingredients to make them yummy. Some recipes look awesome but I get tired just looking at the ingredient list and all the obscure items needed to purchase to make it lol 💗🌸💕

  2. These are amazing, hands down. I could eat them by themselves with no syrup or butter on top. They are so flavorful and the butter from the pan gives it a nice golden color along with great flavor. I love these, thank you so much! (For anyone making these, i used 2 tsp of Sweet & Low zero calorie sweetener for every 1 tbsp of sweetener that Myra uses. The Splenda that I used tastes sweeter so just look online for a sweetener conversion calculator and its perfect.

  3. Hi, try making this and followed the ingredients and instructions but the batter came out very very thick it would not pour and I even placed it in the microwave for 15 sec to see if that would liquify it a bit but it didn't work. Anyone else experienced the same issue?
