    INGREDIENTS:
    1 1/2 cups almond flour
    1/4 cup coconut flour
    3/4 cup sweetener
    1/2 cup butter
    3 eggs
    1 tbsp gelatin powder
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 cup each of our chocolate chips
    5 TBSP hazelnut spread

    DIRECTIONS:
    -Combine dry ingredients and mix. Add wet and mix. Stir until combined, add food coloring if needed.
    -Fold in the chocolate chips then chill until firm.
    -Then preheat oven to 350.
    -Form 1/4 cup of dough into cookies, make a circle and fill with hazelnut spread, then top with 1/4 cup of cookie dough.
    -Bake for 20 minutes or until done.

    *Makes 6 very large cookies, 5g net carbs per cookie.
