256g/1 cup Peanut Butter (organic if you can)
9 Egg Whites or 308g Carton Egg Whites or 6 Large Whole Eggs
16g/1 tbsp Baking Powder
16g/ 1 tbsp Sweetener (Optional)
½ tsp Salt (Optional)
