  1. Hello Jess. Just want to say you look amazing. You've made so many wonderful healthy changes in your life and it shows. You look like you are at a good weight and making healthy choices most of the time. You are an inspiration as I started following you from the beginning.

    I'll never forget when you shared the video clip opening fridge door when you were heavy vs opening fridge door at a healthy weight…that visual was so impactful. Be sure to open the fridge door today and marvel at your accomplishments. Thank you for sharing these wonderful recipe ideas. I need to make better choices and stop making excuses for my unhealthy choices, husband was fortunate enough to receive a kidney transplant 2 months ago, with all the hospital stays and complications that have followed I've made unhealthy food choices too many times, strangely enough hospital food is not very healthy. That's ok, today is a new day.

    Just wanted to remind you of how far you've come and how much you inspire me to keep striving to make healthier choices. It's not about being skinny it's about being healthy. You are rocking it!
