  1. Very helpful! My meals are primarily protein to help my female 43 year old mom bod try to be lean and TRY to control the weight gain they say we are supposed to get as women get older. Weight gain, it's a real struggle! I've tried Keto but I found it to be hard on my body, my hormones got kicked up, but still enjoy watching you two in action! I started a rookie channel on protein type meals, sweets and snacks. I mean literally, i just starting it up – Look me up! I'm not as good a you two on this YT thing, but I am subscribed, I hope you subscribe with me too 🙂
