  1. I'm so excited to have a full week planned and prepared! Please make more videos like this one! I typically make meals for just 5 days and my weekends end up being not very healthy. To mix it up a little I'm making a few oil free dressings during the week to add to the pasta salad.

I'll freeze some of the chili to reduce the daily calories and cut back on some seeds.

I can't thank you enough for such a great week with no protein powder.

  2. Really, really thank you for these recipes. I have wanted to eat in a macro way, but trying to figure that out for myself is exhausting and I'd rather not spend my time weighing food and trying to monitor every food label, especially since I'm dyslexic. I'm a SUPER athletic person and I have always needed to eat more. I actually lose weight when I eat more. I am also menopausal, which is why it's even more important for me to eat healthy. Made the breakfast and the pasta salad today. Both were absolutely delicious. Only thing that went wrong is that I made my own lentils and created too much, but it will be great for me to freeze the extra. Going to let the chili slow cook overnight. With prepping the ingredients by myself, it took longer than an hour, but that's OK. If it would be possible to offer us more weekly macro meal plans, I would greatly appreciate that. Taking the guess work out of macros and such would be one of the greatest gifts that life could ever offer. The other macro recipes I've seen aren't really for people as active as me. Considering taking your course! So glad I subscribed to this channel and thank you, again!
