KETO OLIVE OIL BROWNIES! I state absolutely no lies when I tell you these are *the* most dense, fudgy, decadent brownies you’ll ever make in your life. And only 4 net carbs each when divided into 8 pieces.
1/2 cup California Olive Ranch Keto Blend Walnut Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup almond flour ⠀
1/2 cup sugar free brown sweetener (I used Brown Swerve)⠀
1/2 cup sugar free granulated sweetener (I used Lakanto)⠀
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 bag of sugar free chocolate chips (I used Choczero milk chocolate chips)⠀
1 tsp baking powder⠀
1/2 tsp salt⠀
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs and oil, mix. Now add almond flour, both sweeteners, cocoa, salt, baking powder and mix until fully incorporated.
2. Fold chocolate chips into batter.⠀
3. Line baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal (optional) and transfer batter. 8×8 pan is best, but any smaller baking dish will work. Bake at 350, 20-30 minutes for a metal pan and 40 or so minutes for glass until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool at least 30 minutes so they firm up nicely before cutting.
