1) “Doc, what BLOOD METER do you recommend?”

I don’t recommend these in everyone. I have times this is a great solution for my patients that are very overweight and trying to get used to burning ketones for fuel. All keto supplements should have magnesium in them. This one does.

Salt and water is the best.

  1. You know I think about how much I struggled with carbs and sugar all my life trying to control my weight and it actually makes me sad. I sacrificed my health to keep weight gain at a tolerable level! Now I eat right and work out and my body responds like I’m in my twenty’s! And not to MENTION the anxiety and depression that has plagued me all my life is DRASTICALLY IMPROVED! How could ppl NOT just YRY IT!!! I sincerely wish young people would listen to you two! I’m very thankful-beyond thankful 🙌🏻 I’m totally buying your cookbook girlfriend! I am happy as a pig in slop to be eating the simplest healthy Keto EVER and no cravings at all and PLENTY of energy at my disposal 😮😃 BUT I want to show my kids and grand kids they can have FUDGE Popsicles and still be healthy and strong! Woohoo! 🤗

  2. @Dr Boz – trying to get a feel for the impact on insulin of my FMD "meal". (2) prosciutto wrapped mozzarella wrapped cheese sticks, (2) hard boiled eggs, (2) pickle spears. 250 calories. 2 g carbs. 14g fat. 18g protein.

    I use this to "breakfast" then continue for another day or two of water only fast. I just ate this after 76 hours water only.

    Dr Valter Longo discusses very low calorie "meals" promoting continued autophagy even after eating such "meals" thus the reason I do this.
