  1. I love that you two translate Keto recipes into Keto fun. It gets tiring having the health benefits of the diet thrown up all the time. What will make people stick at it is feeling like it’s enjoyable to follow and yours has to be the best channel for promoting that idea.

  2. Okay….. So I made this tonight for my supper. I only made 1/2 recipe cause I wanted to make sure I liked it first and I don't have room in my freezer for extras. My consensus. It was good. I so thought it would be eggy but it wasn't and I was really hesitant to bake at 525 but I did as Chris directed and it turned out great. Thanks Emily and Sarah 🙂 I would have never tired this without your video doing it first. I bought the egg whites yesterday. I am gonna try Chris's mash taters next 😉 BTW…. I am pretty much a vegetarian and eat low carb. I do however eat eggs and chicken here and there.
