Hi, Helly. This is inspired in the Korean street toast except that everything is cooked separately and shaped in a square to fit the bread adding mustard/ketchup ion top with a little bit of sugar. This is an ingenuous and simpler way of achieving the same basic results. The cheese version is also a great addition.
