Salmon and Asparagus Foil Packets

• Ingredients:
• 4 skinless salmon fillets
• 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut four sheets of foil, each about 12 inches long.
3. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each sheet of foil.
4. Arrange the asparagus around the salmon fillets.
5. Drizzle the olive oil and minced garlic over the salmon and asparagus, then season with salt and pepper.
6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and lemon juice.
7. Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon and asparagus and crimp the edges to seal.
8. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
9. Carefully open the foil packets and serve hot.
