This delicious vegan, gluten-free Ethiopian Cabbage recipe (Atakilt Wat or Atkilt Wot) uses cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and simple spices for a flavor-packed meal. Ethiopian cabbage, carrots and potatoes are called Atakilt Wat, while Ethiopian cabbage and potatoes are called Tikil Gomen.
