    The Mediterranean diet uses a lot of vegetables and fruits.
    It's very healthy and low budget.
    Traditionally we eat dairy and meat free foods on Wednesday and Friday.
    Such as peas, green beans ,veggie staws, lentils,okra , etc
    We make a lot of pies (tyropita-cheese pie, spanakopita-spinach,…with mushrooms etc)
    I am a vegetarian and it's easy for me, because there are a lot of traditional recipies.
