  1. I don’t do keto per se but I do lower carb and these tortillas are THE best. And they taste like regular tortillas. I make all kinds of things in them. Eggs, bacon, and cheese for breakfast, tacos for lunch, BLT, meatballs, fish, sloppy joe. I do rogue low carb obviously and still lose weight. My body just doesn’t like carbs. It’s okay with any meats, lean or fatty, cheese, sour cream, etc. I enjoy my food. Just have to leave those carbs alone. I love cereal too. Pops, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, fruity pebbles, Raisin Bran, etc.

  2. Two wraps and some low carb chips for the whole day? Am I understanding this correctly? I think it may be too much of a calorie deficit and not sustainable long term…not sure, that's my guess. I also do IF, some days OMAD, most days I eat within a 6 hour window. I don't think extreme calorie deficits are easy to maintain over months and years. Not to mention this diet is lacking those good green leafy vegetables. Food looks delicious tho!

Lately I have been using two small carb balance tortillas as a base for mini pizza..I use primal kitchen no sugar ketchup (a teaspoon each) as the base, mozzarella and 5 each pepperoni slices..bake at 400 for 5 min or less and instant dinner with a bit of salad and celery for crunch. Instant dinner when you get that feeling you have got to eat now! All these ingredients are at grocery outlet at fantastic prices!
