  1. i just made your baked oatmeal recipe the other day 🙂 i added vegan choco chips + strawberries and it is soo good. my fave way to eat it is cold or slightly warmed up for my choco chips to melt. i love this baked oatmeal recipe and definitely want to try more combos.

  2. Looks like I'll have to try both recipes. I have all the ingredients on hand. Tomorrow will be the banana bread oatmeal! We had a tofu scramble this morning with lots of veggies. I never thought to do a bit of cashew cream in it though. I usually have raw cashews on hand but don't use them often because of the calories and the expense but they keep well so I buy a pound or so a few times a year. Looking forward to the oatmeal bake tomorrow! Thanks, Caitlin!

  3. ive been making tofu scramble with silken tofu lately; when you slice it and let it kinda cook before doing anything it gets that little crispy skin like youd have on a fried egg (something i miss the most is fried eggs!). the silken takes longer to cook but it's SOOOOOO good!
