This Easy Teriyaki Recipe is one of my favorite healthy salmon recipes, and this was the first time I ever tried it on the airfryer. It is perfect for weight loss or keto if you adjust it by taking away the rice and adding lettuce to the salad for volume. Salmon is a great fish for keto also since it has such a high content of healthy omega 3’s. You can throw this in with the rest of your weekly dinner recipes and simply rotate it in once or twice per week.

  1. This came out beautifully! Just curious, but in this case, what exactly is the difference between air frying the salmon and cooking it in the oven? Seems like it has the same cook time, but does it come out more tender maybe in the air fryer? I think air fryers are so cool and I really want to get one!
