1 3/4 cup (220g) all-purpose flour

Cream Cheese Honey Frosting
14 oz (400g) cream cheese
3 tbsp (24g) cocoa powder
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
3 tbsp (60g) honey

  2. The cake looks scrumptious! What did you do with the top of the cake you cut off? Wouldn't it have come out the same if you'd just turned the cake upside down to have the bottom side on top for a flat surface to frost? Do you think it would have worked if you'd used Chia seed gel instead of the eggs in the batter? Also are there tasty frostings that could be made without cream cheese or butter? What about coconut cream mixed with the chocolate plus honey?
