  1. My favorite version is with tuna and black olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, coriander or another version similar to yours with chick peas. I find the lemon juice or lime juice in these salads is a must. I also prefer to use 3 colors quinoa. It is more tasteful in my opinion. Thank you for this video! At this time of the year, we need color and freshness.
