  1. I also cook like this but never tried a soup of potato as a base… yoghurt is a interedting addition to a sauce.. Im Greek and i have yoghurt as one of the most important and nutritional material of all…its so surprisingly beautiful to see that yoghurt is being used like this also in a place across the Atlantic… maybe yoghurt isnt that a huge secret after all… I would cook like this a soup made of yellow pumpkin or from vegetables like beetroots… or spinach..
