INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of chickpea flour
1/2 of a large carrot, julienned
1/2 of a large onion, sliced
1/2 cup of chopped zucchini
1 medium size potato, chopped
1 cup of roughly chopped baby spinach
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
1/2 tsp of hot chilli powder
3/4 tsp of carom seeds
1 tsp of coriander powder
1 tsp of chilli flakes
salt to taste
oil for frying pakoras
