Unlike overly sweet versions, I’ve kept this recipe with no sugar. However, you can personalize the sweetness by adding sugar or your favorite Sugar Substitutes.

– 2 ripe mangoes
– 1 red pomelo
– 50g sago

– 150g coconut milk

2. Mango and Pomelo Preparation:
a. Cube the first mango into 1/2-inch chunks.
b. Dice the second mango into 1/4-inch chunks.
c. Tear the pomelo pulp into smaller pieces.

3. Mango Juice Preparation:
Blend the 1/2-inch mango chunks with milk and coconut milk until smooth.
