INGREDIENTS :
500 grams elbow macaroni
water for boil
salt
1 can ( 432 grams ) fruit cocktail, drained
1 jar ( 340 grams ) nata de coco, drained
1 jar ( 340 grams ) kaong, drained
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, diced
1/4 cup pickle relish
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 – 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cream
