Sloppy Joe Casserole
1 lb ground beef
1 green bell pepper, diced
¼ cup onion
8 oz mushrooms, diced
2 Tbl dijon mustard
2 Tbl worcestershire sauce
8 oz tomato sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
2 Tbl sweetener

Brown ground beef.
Saute pepper, mushrooms and onion until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked ground beef.
Add in mustard, worcestershire, tomato sauce and sweetener.
Transfer to a greased casserole dish. Top with cheese.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Enjoy over keto bread or chaffles!
