EASY KETO PULL APART BREAD! How to Make Keto Milk Bread | Tastes Like Hawaiian Rolls! ONLY 4 CARBS

FULL Keto Milk Hawaiian Bread Rolls Recipe Here:

Milk Bread
1/2 cup of almond milk room temp
2 tablespoons of my condensed milk (
1 egg
2 tablespoons of sweetener (
1 and ¼ teaspoon of instant yeast
1 ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons of wheat flour (
½ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of softened butter

Glaze:
2 tablespoons of softened butter
2 tablespoons of condensed milk

Directions:
Add milk, condensed milk, egg, sweetener, and yeast. Mix well
Add in flour and salt & mix well, until dough forms
Add in butter & mix well
Knead for 2 to 5 mins on a lightly floured
You want the dough to have stretch and elasticity
Oil a bowl and add dough and cover in a warm leave until it doubles an hour
Punch air out
Cut into two pieces and roll and flatten
Roll into a log and divide into 7 pieces
Add to a loaf pan
Cover and let rest 45 minutes
Brush with egg white mixture
Bake at 35 for 20 to 22 minutes
Let it cool and then brush with glaze

It is unfortunate that companies can get away with putting false claims on their products, Wheat Flour is not Keto, and this is not the first product I have seen that outright lies about this, I have seen it on ice creams as well. I am sure that you could make this with a combo nut flour and starch like Tapioca, but, it would not end up as fluffy. I do like your videos though, just maybe do more research on a product before claiming Keto 🙂

  2. Isn't wheat flour just flour?….if I'm not mistaken, regular flour is simply ground wheat. How are they removing carbs from this particular flour to call it "keto"? I'm not overtly criticizing, I'm truly interested in an answer please.
