Easy spinach dip:
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (half in the dip and half on top)
1 10 oz package of chopped frozen spinach (drained well)
1/4 cup Parmesan
1 8 oz package of softened cream cheese
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup of sour cream
Combine and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
