Full Keto Focaccia Bread Recipe:

Yields: 12 Servings

4 eggs white
½ cup of almond flour
½ teaspoon of baking powder
¼ cup of sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Toppings of choice:
Bell pepper
Sun dried tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Parchment line baking pan sheet (9×13)
Spread even the batter and tap on counter to help get more even spread and get air bubbles out
Bake for 15 minutes
Allow it to cool and cut into slices.

  1. Just subscribed….i had a question, youve been keto for years and i read that you should do keto for 6 months max then introduce more carbs but after awhile you can go back keto. I started at 328 lbs and its been 3 weeks and i lost 14 so far as of today…….my goal weight is 200 or 180-200. i have lost it all before but by doing extreme workouts such as p90x 3 times but i got a hernia and gained all weight back for about 7 years and finally got it repaired now and were getting back to it…..love your recipes and going to try meat lovers pizza soon.
