Basa Fish (or any white fish) Fillet – 250 gms
Salt – as per taste
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
All Purpose Flour – 2 tsp
Butter – for pan frying the fish

For Lemon Butter Sauce
Butter – 2 tbsp
Small Onions (shallots) – 4-5, sliced thin
Garlic – 4-5 cloves, sliced thin
Salt – as per taste
Pepper – as per taste
Lemon Juice – 1/2 tbsp (adjust as per taste)
