EASY 10 MINUTE KETO DINNER | KETO SKILLET LASAGNA
I promised you another easy keto dinner you can whip up in under 10 minutes. Today’s recipe is for my easy keto lasagna in a skillet. This is a one pot recipe so you don’t need to dirty several dishes in order to get dinner ready on the table for your family.

Today’s video, we are making keto skillet lasagna. This has all the delicious flavors of a favorite comfort food but made low carb and in a skillet so it’s ready to eat quickly. Instead of traditional lasagna noodles, I use hearts of palm noodles. These noodles are a new favorite of mine because they don’t take any additional preparation or smell funny like shirataki noodles.
Hearts of Palm Noodles: There are two brands I have used before

KETO SKILLET LASAGNA RECIPE
1 pound ground beef
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
2 clove garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
14 oz canned crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup tomato sauce
9 oz hearts of palm noodles
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Add ground beef to a preheated skillet and cook over medium-high heat until browned. Add Italian seasoning, salt and garlic. Mix until combined. Stir in crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Add hearts of palm lasagna noodles. Stir in spinach and ricotta cheese. Top with mozzarella slices. Cover for a few minutes to let spinach welt and remove from heat. Top with parmesan cheese.
