  1. Looks great! Can’t wait to try! I make my own strawberry jam that just has monk fruit/Allulose sweetener and chia seeds to thicken and when cooled I mix some in with softened slightly sweetened (with sugar free sweetener), cream cheese and keep it in the fridge in a small mason jar, to spread on heated (10 sec in microwave) low carb Mission flour tortillas, which tastes great for a dessert! However, I’m wondering if the filling could be put on one of these plain baked split croissants? Hmmmm. Sprinkle tops with a little powdered Swerve or powdered sweetener of your choice? Sounds yum to me!!

  2. This would be good with mozzarella cheese and ham or pepperoni and low carb pizza /tomato sauce dip. Yum!
    Also, I miss cold cereal in the morning or for a snack. I've tried one type of low carb cereal but it was disgusting and expensive. Thanks 😊
