  1. Here is another appetizer. Salmon cheesecake bites. 6 ounces of cream cheese, softened. 1 14 oz can of salmon drained. 1/2 cup shredded Swiss. 2 eggs. Tablespoon of Sherry, 2 tablespoons of minced onion, salt & pepper to taste & a teaspoon of dill weed. Mix everything & divide up in a Pam sprayed mini muffin tin. Bake @ 350 10 to 12 minutes. Trace carb per piece 🥰

  2. I would like to say thank you. I started keto 6 weeks ago. Shortly after I saw a few of your YouTube videos. I immediately order your book. It was a gamechanger. I eat one of your soups daily and probably one of the dinners every night. The recipes are great and it makes this not feel like a diet at all. Many days I'm eating mostly fat and protein. Barely hungry. Thank you
