EASY KETO ALFREDO PASTA! How to Make Keto Pasta

Full Keto Alfredo Pasta Recipe:

Egg Pasta Noodles

Yields: 2

Ingredients:

8 eggs
4 ounces of softened cream cheese
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ cup of Heavy cream
1 tablespoons of butter
¼ cup of Parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper

Directions;
Mx the egg, garlic, and cream cheese
Pour in prepared dishes with parchment paper
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until done
Cut into pasta
In a small pot add, heavy cream, cream cheese, butter, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
You can thin it out with a non dairy milk
Pour over cooked egg pasta and enjoy!

  1. I made it! It's actually good! This taste way better than the zucchini, squash, palmini, and low carb noodles! The texture doesn't have the aftertaste and the texture was perfect! I added shrimp and polish sausage and it had a more Cajun taste to it. The alfredo sauce was very yummy too! I probably could use these noodles to make a lasagna by cutting bigger pieces of course. Thank you for this recipe!
