Here is what you need!
Soak it all in water to clean it. The darker the lettuce the healthier it is for you!
Berries use a LOT. I am using strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. I am also going to add figs and some walnuts. If you are feeling daring make candied walnuts yourself.
The DRESSING is so good:
3/4 c Lemon
3/4 c Lime
1/2 cup orange juice
Pink Himalayan rock salt
