    You look great and are an inspiration!
    So I’m trying to lose belly fat and get toned and abs. I weigh 114 lbs and go to the gym mostly 5 days out of the week. My everyday meals are mostly overnight oats in the morning and variations of Buddha bowls for lunch and dinner. For dessert I like having a cookie or some type of sweet. I don’t see the belly fat going away. What do you suggest? Please help 🙏

I am coming off a 10-day cleanse soon and wanting to try a vegan meal plan, but was worried it would be boring and tasteless. but you've shown in this video vegan meals can be hearty and tasty while providing the necessary nutrients, protein, etc. You've got me hyped to get started!!
