  2. Hello Myra, thanks for sharing, really like your recipes. I've been a viewer since 2020 and been on keto for 1+ year.. I just wanna give my 2 cents of advice on this topic, after being on high protein keto, I now have severe kidney problems, high cholesterol and bladder/prostate issues.. I've not gained any weight but my digestive health has deteriorated. I don't mean to be negative on your video but I genuinely wanna warn you (and your viewers) on the potential long term dangers of this diet. I'm still very low on sugars and don't consume any processed foods (except the occasional ChocZero) but have shifted to moderate carbohydrates, cooked veggies, moderate fat and low protein.. I hope my experience helps someone out there..

  3. I love all your videos, your recipes are always awesome & filling, can't wait to try all of these. My only problem is I have trouble digesting lettuce but I can have very limited veggies & love turkey. I've been taking lactaid pills just so I can have cheese, what kind of cheese are you using? I would love to try it. Thank you again for all your posts and videos! 🙏💙❤ ( I'm going to order some of the Hilo puffs they look yummy) 😋
