  1. Super low cal…super yum hummus hack…. Chick peas, yogurt or kefir, lemon juice, 2 garlic cloves, tsp sesame oil. The ses oil gives the taste of tahini, and the yogurt replaces it and the olive oil as the moisture to blend up the ingredients…but u dont taste it. Seriously so good. Can drizzle a little olive oil on top if u like but its good wo.
