Yukon Gold potatoes
Low sodium soy, tamari or coconut amonios – I use about 2 tbsp for sauteeing and flavoring veggies
Nutritional yeast…I do a little less than 1/4 c
1/2 onion chopped
1 zuchinni chopped
1/3 C Corn ( I like white)
Peppers – as much as you want
2 TBSP Hummus – either homemade or store-bought. Cedars make great fat-free and oil-free hummus. They also have other types that I love. You can find the links to their hummus, below this recipe.
