1 bunch of kale (remove stems) rip into small pieces
1 lime juiced
Sprinkle of sea salt
1 or 2 mangos chopped
1 whole ripe papaya peeled & chopped ( remove seeds)
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 avocado (optional)
1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
3 green onions chopped
Nuts or seeds optional

In the big bowl, add the kale, lime, and sprinkle of sea salt. Use your hands and massage your kale until it’s soft. You will know when it’s ready as the kale will turn dark green and it will be softer.
Next, add the last 5 ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Optional, you can add nuts or seeds to the salad if you wish. Serve and enjoy.
