Easy Carrot biscuits Recipe (Vegan and Healthy!) prepared in only 10 minutes!


Carrot biscuits recipe is today’s video! All my family loves these spiced vegan biscuits as they are easy to make and full of flavour. They have a similar taste to carrot cake but crispy! Its preparation just takes only 5 minutes ( + oven time) and the result it will amaze you. You can also add some chocolate or nuts to make a different version of them. In this recipe I have added almond flour but you could use any kind of flour.

Carrot biscuits Ingredients:
-2 medium carrots
-2 medium bananas
-1/3 cup of peanut butter
-1 tbsp of agave syrup
-1 cup of rolled oats
-3/4 cup of almond flour
-1/2 tsp of baking powder (optional)
-1/2 tsp of turmeric
-1/2 tsp of nutmeg
-1 tsp of cinnamon
-1/2 tsp of ginger powder
-a pinch of black pepper
