Easy Carnivore Diet Recipe Beef Jerky, Keto beef jerky recipe sugar free and soy free

Easy Dehydrator Jerky
Prep time: 24 hours
Cook time: 16 hours
Serves 4

Ingredients: 

2 lbs lean roast 
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 
3 tablespoons coconut aminos / tamari/ fish sauce
2 teaspoon sea salt 
2 teaspoon cumin 
2 teaspoon paprika 
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne 

Instructions:

Cut the meat as thin as possible in 1 inch pieces. Freeze for a few hours for easier slicing. Mix the spices and seasonings together in a bowl. Put the meat in the bowl and thoroughly coat with your hands. Let it marinate overnight or at least 4 hours. Spread the meat out in the basket of the dehydrator and make sure it is not overlapping. Turn on the air fryer to 155 degrees for 16 hours. When it is dried out, put in an airtight container. Store for 3 months or enjoy immediately.

  2. Good video. I hope it gets many more views. I just picked up a food dehydrator a few days ago. I've always wanted to make my own jerky so I'm gonna try this. Since all my knives are dull I'm going to ask my local butcher to slice it nice and thin to save me some time and frustration since my knives are super dull.

  3. I'm gonna try this on a cookie sheet and waxpaper and put it in the oven at the absolute minimum temp, bet. 100-110 temp. I used to do this for raw soaked pumpkin and sunflower seeds and it worked out fine, (in case you don't want to bother with a dehydrator). Basic question, is it best to leave it marinating in the fridge? Thnx.

    What are the minimum ingratiates for safety/longevity?
    Request: Pemican! take your jerky and just pulverize it and boil beef fat to get the water out of it and add 50/50 in cup cake pan. Thanks.
