RECIPE: 2 people🥗
Chicken
-2 chicken breasts
-Olive oil
-Butter
-Rosemary
-Salt, pepper

1.meadium pan, meadium heat. Add olive oil and butter. When it’s hot add chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper
2.cook from both sides aprox 5 min and pour the melted butter all over the chicken repeatedly all the time.
3.put in the preheated oven 180C/360F, for about 5min

Croutons
-1 big ciabatta
-Dried oregano
-Dried garlic
-Olive oil

1.cut into big square pieces
2.toast in the medium pan, medium heat, add olive oil, dried oregano and garlic. Couple minutes, until golden brown

Dressing
-Couple spoons of olive oil
-1 spoon of mayo
-1 spoon of dijon mustard
-1/2 lemon juice
-2 anchovies
-Fresh or dried garlic
-Salt, pepper

1.put everything into blender and mix

Salad
-1 big Romain lettuce
-Couple leaves of fresh basil
