– CANNED BLACK BEAN RECIPES:

– INSTANT POT BLACK BEANS:

– EASY BREAKFAST BURRITOS (makes 4 small burritos)
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup chopped kale
1/2 cup black beans
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup vegan cheese (optional)
Salt & pepper if desired
4 burrito sized tortillas

Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. Add the eggs and scramble. Add the kale, beans, and salsa and cook until heated.
Wrap two tortillas in a clean dishtowel and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Unwrap one tortilla, fill with 1/4 of the egg mixture sprinkle with cheese and roll up like a burrito. Set aside, seam side down on your counter/cutting board.
Repeat with the other tortilla, then heat two more up and repeat the process again.
Turn the skillet back on medium and spray with cooking spray. Cook the burritos (seam side down first) until crispy. Flip and repeat.
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for 2 – 3 days and reheat in the microwave.

  1. Going in circles trying to find the canned black beans recipe. Would you please share a direct link to the recipe? I followed your link and the page even said that it was for black beans, but then no written recipe. Please help. Love black beans too.

  2. I wanna give u a tip, fry chopped onions and garlic then add all the condiments after the onions are cooked (youll know when the oil separates fron the onions) throw the beans in and cook, youll notice the difference it is to die for 😉
