Love the effort, but I find that my diet foods needs to easy and right in sweetspot between boring and tasty, where im not tempted to eat more. These dishes would for sure fuck my current diet up, moooore volume Josh! 😅
Josh, there are these little things that are ultimately holding you back even more from your goals (which by your admission you're not really on track to reaching). For lower calories and higher protein:
– Swap whole eggs with either egg whites or egg beaters/creations
– Swap sugar with stevia
– Swap tortilla with either protein tortilla or Xtreme wellness low calorie wrap
– Swap grated cheddar/Monterey jack with fat free cheese
Your 'compromises' on flavour as a chef need to be readjusted. You'll never get 100% (which is what you're trying to do) of it when you're dieting down, but you can get pretty close.
