  1. I just made this and when it cooled I ate half the loaf – pieces dipped in heated butter and honey and cream. So yummmmy, almost like a french toast. Thank you for my new favorite bread.
    I subbed flaxseed powder for psyllium and didnt soak the chia seeds, also honey for the sugar. Could any of those be the reason why it came out cake like? Perhaps more flaxseed powder than the psyllium is needed (I did 1:1) or soaking the chia seeds?

  2. That's a BIG Fat NO to Canola oil! And NO to ANY SEED Oils! Canola and any seed oils will cancel out the "healthy" of this bread. That's why I would never be vegan. I think I will replace that safflower oil with coconut oil or ghee or butter. This popped up on my feed because I'm keto, although dirty keto. 😂
