  1. This was great, been searching for "paleo recipes for beginners" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across – Elijaarqey Paleo Smasher – (do a search on google ) ? It is a great one off product for discovering some amazing paleo recipes minus the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my neighbour got excellent results with it.

  2. Nice Video clip! Sorry for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you researched – Dinanlinson Perfection Guide Approach (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a great one off product for discovering a collection of tasty paleo recipes without the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my close friend Aubrey after many years got cool results with it.

  4. I love all your videos but I think this isy favorite one! I already wrote everything done for this to be next week menu😋🤤🤤! Btw, do you have a plan that you follow as far as eating habits? I know you do low carbs and moderate carbs? Can you make a breakdown video, that includes fasting, please? I get confused with fasting..and I try staying low carbs, but I'm not measuring macros, or none of that extra stuff. It makes it too complicated. TIA♥️♥️♥️
